Each of our sessions this week was a STEAM TEAM challenge which meant students competed with other teams and instructors in a variety of challenges. The first one was the Paddle Boat challenge, where students had to build the fastest paddle boat. Then, students worked with their teams to escape our cryptography escape room! Finally, students competed to build the tallest tower only using marshmallows and spaghetti! Next week, we wrap up STEAM camp with some games!
At home, you can:

This week's Experts are Edward and Alex!
Edward got started in STEM in high school where he joined a competitive Robotics club. This ignited his interest in electronics and he is now studying Electrical Engineering. Edward's biggest piece of advice for students is: if you see someone doing something that interests you, ask them about it! You never know where that could take you.
