Our staff is built to teach each student individually, to develop the skills they need to thrive in mathematics, and to foster a love of learning.

Christian

Associate Center Director

Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Florida, where they also earned a Certificate in Secondary Math Education through the UF Teach program. Their passion for math education began in high school, tutoring subjects ranging from Algebra 1 to AP Calculus BC. Since then, they have worked with several informal education organizations, including the Glazer Children's Museum in Tampa and the Warren Willis Camp in Leesburg.

Christian first joined Mathnasium as an instructor at the Dr. Phillips center, immediately resonating with the structured, individualized approach of the Mathnasium Method. Having worked in a variety of math education roles, they quickly appreciated how Mathnasium allowed them to meet students exactly where they were and help them grow in confidence and ability. Beyond mathematics, he has lifelong love of Dungeons & Dragons, epic fantasy, and science fiction. In their free time, they enjoy nature walks and playing tennis.

Jodi
