Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and has been with Mathnasium since 2014. Over the years, he has taught everything from foundational math to advanced courses such as Statistics and Calculus, and he currently serves on the Mathnasium Franchise Advisory Committee.
He believes greatness exists in every student and that true learning requires curiosity and interaction. Dan’s mission is to build a culture where questions are encouraged and each student receives personalized care, preparing them for success in STEM fields.
Hilary holds a Bachelors of English and Communications from Golden West College. With over twenty five years of a diverse spanning background with elementary education, customer service, restaurant ownership, and nonprofit work, she brings a unique blend of leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to everything she does. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about serving others, whether in the classroom, supporting customers, leading teams, or helping organizations make a positive impact in their communities. She excelled at math during her school years, and she has returned her focus to math in order to help others find success! She has always been dedicated to education and helping others succeed, and she is excited to continue strengthening her community through Mathnasium!
Beyond her professional life, Hilary is a wife and proud mother of two amazing and talented teenage daughters who inspire her every day. Having traveled and lived across the country from California to the Cayman Islands, she has gained a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives, cultures, and communities, and she is always excited to discover new things and share them with others. She believes that every experience offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with others, and she is determined to ensure that everyone in her path is on the road to success!
The Mathnasium of Westchase instructor team is dedicated to making math make sense for every learner. Each instructor completes a rigorous interview, math assessment, and background check before receiving extensive training in the Mathnasium Method™, ensuring they can break down concepts clearly and adapt to each student’s needs.
Our team includes college students, graduates, and educators from institutions such as the University of Memphis and Rhodes College. Whether students are advanced, on level, or working to catch up, our instructors provide personalized support that builds confidence and fosters long-term success in math.
