Hello, my name is Yamin! I am currently a graduate student at Colorado State University, studying Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University, Long Beach in 2020. I value STEM and I love math of course! During my free time, I love to go hiking, snowshoeing during winter, playing board games with my friends and drawing or painting the landscape arts.
Hi, I'm Hannah! I grew up with my brother and three sisters in the mountains of Northern California before getting my degree in Applied Mathematic from UCSD. I live with my husband in Seattle, and we like to visit my aunt's llamas in Oregon when we can.
Hello! I’m Evan, I’m a second-year student at UW studying public policy and public health. I grew up going to a STEM-focused high school, and grew to love math and programming, particularly human-centered statistics. In my free time, I play guitar and piano and love all things music. I love pretty much all genres, so don’t be shy to share your song recommendations with me!
Hello everyone, I'm Nina! I am a student at the UW, studying computer science. I've always loved challenging myself to learn math, and I hope to build that same love and confidence for the students at Mathnasium. In my free time, I love cooking, swimming, listening to music, drawing and watercolor painting.
Hi, I'm Rita! I graduated from UW with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics. I’ve always had a passion for math and problem-solving, and I’m excited to help others build confidence in these subjects. I believe math can be both fun and rewarding, and I’m committed to making it more accessible for everyone. When I’m not tutoring, I enjoy hiking, reading, and exploring new topics in technology and economics. I look forward to working with you!
Hi, my name's Francis! Growing up in the Seattle area as the son of two engineers, I've always loved Math! Whether that be solving math problems at school, doing quick recipe conversions as a chef, or counting out beats as a Tap dancer, I've always appreciated numbers for everything they do! Coming back from studying Math and History in New York City, I hope to bring the joy of learning to everyone I meet and help people understand the importance of understanding!
