Richa holds a Bachelor's in Mathematics & Statistics and a Master's in Computer Applications. She began her career as a Software Engineer but took a break due to personal reasons. Since then, she has spent several years tutoring elementary through high school students in India, specializing in both programming and mathematics. Her passion for teaching was ignited when she assisted her daughters with their math studies. Both of her daughters initially struggled with math but now count it among their favorite subjects—one is a Software Engineer, and the other is studying Accounting & Finance at the University of Minnesota.
Richa loves working at Mathnasium where she helps students overcome their fear of math and develop a love for the subject. Outside of teaching, she enjoys dancing, gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
My name is Chloe. I’m a high school student. I love math and helping other students to grow in their math. My favorite part about Mathnasium is being able to help students overcome frustration and confusion and to see them build their confidence in math. Besides loving math, I also enjoy playing sports, particularly basketball and soccer.

Hey! I’m Shriyan, a student at Mounds View High. I’ve always liked math because it’s one of those subjects that actually feels satisfying once you figure it out. One thing I really like about Mathnasium is helping students understand math; which feels very rewarding. Outside of math, I’m into cars (especially modified ones), table tennis, and watching the NFL. I also like learning how engineering ties into real-world stuff, especially with vehicles and how they’re built.
Hi! I’m Krista, a student at Mounds View High School. I’ve always appreciated math because it teaches you how to think, not just what to memorize. At Mathnasium, I enjoy finding ways to make math feel clear and approachable for every student I work with. Beyond math, I’m passionate about robotics and aerospace engineering. Being on the robotics and Science Olympiad teams lets me see the process of turning ideas into real designs and solutions. Outside of STEM I like to make art and play the violin!
