Our staff is built to teach each student individually, to develop the skills they need to thrive in mathematics, and to foster a love of learning.

Amber graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in math. When she isn't at Mathnasium she can be found teaching geometry at Bethel High School or spending time with her family.

Bruce graduated from North Carolina A&T with an electrical engineering degree. He enjoys sports, helping others, and learning. What did the statistics teacher say to console the failing student? "Look on the bright side . . . you're in the top 90% of the class!"

Our Mathnasium Mission

Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.

What I love about Mathnasium is the ability to teach problem-solving skills and make math make sense, while also making a student smile.
