Jodi brings over 20 years of experience to her role as Director of Education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Math from Hope College, along with a Master’s in Math Education and a Specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. She is also a certified gifted instructor.
Throughout her career, Jodi has taught students at every level—from 8th grade math to IB Math Studies—and is passionate about helping students conquer challenging concepts. She finds true joy in those “aha” moments when students realize they’re capable of more than they believed. Her philosophy: with the right tools and support, every student can succeed.
Lauren holds an Interdisciplinary Studies degree from the University of Central Florida, with a focus on Mathematics Education and Psychology. Her academic background includes advanced coursework in College Algebra, Calculus I–III, Differential Equations, and Statistics.
Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, Lauren has dedicated herself to helping students grow their skills and confidence. She believes math should be challenging, but never intimidating—and that the right environment can make all the difference. Lauren takes pride in training instructors and creating experiences that inspire students to see math in a new, exciting way.
