We started with Mathnasium because my granddaughter was very very far behind in Math. At least 2 grade levels behind. She hated math and school. She was discouraged and truly thought she was "stupid." Mathnasium turned that all around. It took consistent attendance at Mathnasium, and we began to see the results. My granddaughter became happier and calmer with all areas of school including math. Her confidence grew and she enjoys her time at Mathnasium. Scott and his team do an incredible job, and I can see it in the eyes of my granddaughter. She is not at grade level yet, but with Scott's guidance she will be when school starts in the fall.

My son has been enrolled in Mathnasium for some time now and the experience we have had so far is awesome. The children in the center are focused and they also do other math activities as well. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming. If your child is struggling or needs some extra time in math this is the place for you.

My daughter‘s abilities in math and her confidence in her overall academic abilities has increased since joining the Mathnasium at the Woodlands. The tutors are amazing! Keep up the great work!

My kids have been coming to this Mathnasium location for over a year now. They love it! They keep the kids engaged, progress is communicated to parents, and they push the kids to push their limits. My son and daughter love coming here and I never have to push them to attend their sessions. They reward the students with fun prizes that they actually want and will work hard for. Love this location (we’ve been to other Mathnasium locations years ago (they are independently owned/operated) and this location is by far the best one).

My son has been attending Mathnasium for the past three years, and the experience has been outstanding. During this time, he developed strong advanced math skills and gained confidence in problem-solving. The instructors also played an important role in preparing him for the admission process to Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, and thanks to their guidance and structured approach, he was accepted and is now studying at TJ. At Mathnasium of Lake Ridge, the curriculum is very well organized, and the team consistently shares progress reports so parents clearly understand what their child is learning. The center director, Nick, is polite, kind, and extremely helpful. He always works to accommodate scheduling needs and makes the process convenient for families. I highly recommend Mathnasium to anyone whose child needs help in math or wants to build a strong foundation for future success.

My kids attend Collegeville Mathnasium location and they are highly motivated and inclination towards learning math has definitely increased. My 7 year-old said “Mathnasium is like Christmas morning”. That’s his review. Here’s mine: I’m so grateful for a place that will challenge and build up my child. Mathnasium is fostering his love of learning. One of my favorite things as a parent is how the staff speak to my son. The staff at Mathnasium take the time to see and acknowledge him. They greet him every time he walks in the door, and their demeanor shows that they see his value. I see my son rising to the occasion and applying himself eagerly. This program has been such an asset for my child who needed to be seen and guided in improving his skill set with math.

It’s only been about a month since we started at Mathnasium, so it’s still too early to comment on long-term academic progress. However, I can already say that we’re very happy with the experience so far. I really appreciate the flexibility in scheduling—it makes it so much easier to fit sessions into our routine. My son feels very comfortable there and really enjoys working with the teachers. He says they explain things clearly and in a way that makes sense to him, which has helped build his confidence in math. We're looking forward to seeing how things continue to develop!

We have loved sending our daughters to Mathnasium. They have both improved tremendously and have started to LOVE math. Their grades at school also reflect a clear understanding which has been greatly influenced by their Mathnasium tutoring. Randy and all of the staff at Mathnasium are awesome!

Our experiences with Mathnasium and South Carolina and Florida are always positive. All My Children enjoy doing math there, though not all of them enjoy doing math. Mathnasium is also helpful for kids with learning disabilities (like one of my have).

We are so happy with this program! Our son was doing well in Math (always scores well on his tests), but we felt he could use some enrichment. We wanted him to receive individualized instruction & be able to learn at this own pace. I can say Ma+hasium has exceeded our expectations! He gets excited for each session and is learning a lot. He seems to truly be grasping the material. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and motivating! We are very pleased!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Woodlands Mathnasium over the past four years. The staff and tutors are incredibly supportive, flexible with busy schedules, and always willing to adjust whenever needed. They have helped improve my daughter’s math skills and study habits in an engaging, encouraging, and supportive environment. Randy has been especially wonderful to work with. He is attentive to ever-changing schedules, thoughtful about tutor alignment, and manages all the day-to-day logistics that come with running a center as large as Woodlands Mathnasium. We love Mathnasium of Towson. Our son is already excited about math and they helped deepen his knowledge and appreciation which translated to him receiving high marks in school. Beckah and the rest of the staff are all brilliant and know how to connect with the kids.

The director Katia is amazing. They have really amazing teachers as well. Most importantly kids likes coming here. Wish they had dividers from the front door to the class table sections kind of like how kumon have it. So kids don’t get distracted by every person that walks in the door. I mean it’s human nature to peak up when people walk in the door, so that’s my only feedback. If they would pit dividers up to block front door from class tables. I feel then kids will be even more efficient . But other than that everything else is great.

I read stories of kids starting to love math going to Mathnasium but didn't think it would happen with my kids. They went in for the initial assessment dragging their feet, hating math and they were not at all excited about the prospect of summer math tutoring. After the initial assessment with Carlo explaining techniques that are totally new and make math easier and more understandable they just lit up. They've been going for a month and absolutely LOVING it! They've had a total 360 with their attitude toward math and are excited about doing math, feel more confident and look forward to going daily. Would highly recommend Carlo and his team!

I can't say enough great things about Katrina and her crew. They showed great care and concern for my son's extreme problems in math. In every case, they went above and beyond what I had hoped for. They worked with my son's teacher, they customized their approach to my son's learning style and gave loads of encouragement and feedback. My grandson’s grade improved to B- after failing his midterm. He will continue attending Mathnasium to support his senior year math and college placement. The price is commensurate with private tutoring. The program is organized for success.
