My daughter has been going to Mathnasium for almost 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier! Before she started at this center her grades were C’s & D’s. Now she is constantly getting A’s & B’s. She has gained so much confidence & I love that math is no longer a struggle for her.
I can’t say enough great things about the instructors and the owner Salma! They have always gone above and beyond my expectations!
Also, I feel extremely comfortable sending her to the center during Covid because I know the center is clean and they follow all protocols.
She loves to go & i’m happy she will not be falling behind in her math.
I highly recommend this center!

My kids always have a wonderful experience at Palatine Mathnesuim. Salma is always checking in even during these times of Covid 19 . My kids learn math in way in which they can thrive in and have a deeper understanding of it .

My son, who says he hates school, and math is his least favorite subject, loves Mathnasium! He has high abilities in math but wasn’t challenged in school and was bored waiting for other to catch on. We fully expect that Mathnasium’s help over the summer will allow him to increase his standardized test score the 1 percentage point necessary for him to skip a grade in math and enjoy math at a level that matches his ability in the fall. Not only is Mathnasium helping my son excel, but he truly enjoys it- it’s the best of both worlds!

This is just an exceptional place. My son refused to even go inside the center the very first time we took him there and stood outside for 20 minutes crying. Afterwards, on his own came in and took his assessment. The director of the center Salma Taher made him feel right at home. Now after his each class he comes out smiling and feeling good about himself. My son had always been too scared of maths and now he enjoys it. For him the teachers are fun and that's why Math has become fun for him! Thank You Mathnasium!!!!!

My daughter looks forward to it everyday. Mathnasium helped build the interest and confidence in Math, which is what I was looking for. We have had a great experience at Mathnasium. Salma is very responsive and helpful. We started with our 13 year old for pre-algebra help and have kept her enrolled for Algebra. Her knowledge and confidence have grown and her grades have gone up. This is a kid who doesn't like homework but loves going to Mathnasium.
We are so happy with Mathnasium that we are now sending our son Charlie for Algebra2/Trig homework help. He is in a college prep school and is gifted in math but we love the teaching techniques used at Mathnasium. Having him work with an expert in his area of math builds his confidence and ensuring he is getting high marks.
Salma's staff is well trained and they do an amazing job! Never had a bad experience.

Salma is wonderful! So friendly and accommodating. She listened to my concerns and the problems my daughter was having learning math and set a plan for her to be able to catch up with her grade level.
My daughter used to hate math but now she is excited to go and seems to be enjoying and gaining confidence in math thanks to the amazing staff! I also love how they teach accordingly to each child’s ability to learn.

Mathnasium has given my 14 year old daughter more self confidence in her math abilities. Her math grade has improved at school. I am very happy with the facility. The tutors are all excellent, and Salma, the owner, is an amazing woman. She is really great about explaining the big picture and understands the real challenges the kids go through. She gives the necessary guidance to parents to help them fully understand the role Mathnasium plays in the development to improve their child's math skills. A definite thumbs up!

Our son was getting A’s in math yet scoring below average on standardized tests. The reason was that he memorized procedures for class assignments and tests yet wasn’t always understanding and retaining the concepts. We LOVE Mathnasium!!! They make math so much fun. They don't just teach math, they show the strategies to solve the math problems to the kids. The instructors are very patient with kids. One of my kids got into the gifted program and another one got into the advance math. I can thank Mathnasium for it.

Mathnasium in Palatine is the BEST center. The director and instructors set high education standards for kids, motivate, help kids excel and experience math in a positive environment. I am very happy that my son attends this particular center in palatine. If you have a child who would like to learn MATH the right way, consider MATHNASIUM, PALATINE. Instructors are excellent in teaching the concepts patiently, understand how your child learns and help them with their goals. I highly RECOMMEND it. just a warning: kids can really get obsessed with MATH, but who complains about that... GOOD LUCK & ENJOY DOING MATH.

Really boosted up my son's confidence and helped with time management. I could see the difference even though he was enrolled the last two months of his semester and had needed much work with the basics. Very pleased with their support as well as their flexibility. My daughter is very comfortable with the staff. They have a variety of ages, genders, and experience levels to help her at keep her at ease. I love that they are filling in any knowledge gaps going all the way back if needed. Totally critical to doing well in math for the future since it's such a foundational skill and area.
