October Fun and Events!

For the first time, we will have a monthly group goal for Mastery Checks. As students complete more Mastery Checks, the reward for a free food party day grows. We will track progress in the center. Incentives grow from Candy - Free Snack - cookie - donut - mini cupcake all the way to a Pizza party day. The party will be help in November.

Other events in October include:

• double punch days on October 2, 3, 9, 11, 27, and 30.
• food days are October 4 - popsicle day, 16 - Donut day, and 20 - Free Snack Day
• All Wednesdays are Word Problem Wednesday with big incentives to solve our weekly word problems
• We have special ways to earn extra stars on October 6, 10, 13, 18, 24, and 26  
• Macy Day, our very special triple punch day, is October 23
• We will have a Mathnasium Birthday celebration on October 17. Mathnasium turns 20!
• On Halloween, students who attend a full session get a full size candy bar. Students who wear their full costume in their full session also get a whole card.
