Mathnasium of Trophy Club is always looking for individuals who are exceptional at math and love teaching kids. We love math and look for enthusiastic tutors who are great at math and want to help kids understand math like never before! Our hiring process includes a rigorous math test where you have to score 85% and above, and we look for people who work well with children of all ages and enjoy and are good at communicating math and a love for math. Knowing how to play chess also helps. If you pass the math test and the rest of the screening, we will perform a background check and provide you training in our methodologies before you can start working with the math students at our center.

Math Instructors:

Position Overview

An ideal candidate will possess knowledge and understanding of mutliple advanced math concepts. Candidates should be detailed oriented, have the ability to work with students of varying competency levels and enjoy working in a team envirnoment.  Instructors must be able to correct work and provide students with constructive feedback using positive reinforcement techniques that bolster confidence with math. Instructors are responsible for assisting in evaluating and documenting the progress of each student in order to facilitate student learning alongside the Center Director and other staff.
