Maria is a retired bilingual elementary school teacher with a deep love for math and science. She earned her degree in Physical Education from San Francisco State University, with minors in Business Administration and Spanish. She brings decades of classroom experience and a warm, encouraging presence to Mathnasium of Union City.
Maria enjoys watching students grow and flourish through math. In her spare time, she loves traveling with friends and family, playing sports, and spending time with her pets.
Revathi is the Assistant Center Director at the Union City Mathnesium. She has a degree in biochemistry from the University of San Francisco, and has worked in education, biotech and data. In her spare time, she enjoys solving puzzles and spending time with her dog, Toffee.
Shreya is the Owner of Mathnasium of Union City. She holds a Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Before opening the center with her husband, she worked in nonprofit, fintech, and consulting.
A lifelong math enthusiast, Shreya is passionate about helping children understand math in a way that makes sense. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Katie is a college student majoring in Biology on the pre-med track. She has always excelled in math and enjoys helping others build confidence in their skills. Katie has completed AP Calculus AB and BC and believes a strong foundation in math is essential to long-term academic success.
As Lead Instructor, Katie loves making math approachable and fun for all students. Outside of school, she enjoys listening to music and spending time with friends.
Jessica is the Lead Instructor at Mathnasium of Union City and is currently studying Early Childhood Education at Chabot College. She enjoys making math accessible and engaging for young learners and finds joy in helping kids truly understand math concepts.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys exploring new restaurants, especially Korean and Chinese cuisine, and spending quality time with her friends.
