Our specially trained math instructors will teach your child how to understand math in an individual setting; our unique approach enables us to explain concepts really well and lend a helping hand to every student. Maya Diakoff, Center Owner

With Mathnasium since 2014; before starting with Mathnasium, Maya taught high school for 10 years

School attended: Occidental College & UCLA

Degree: MS in Chemistry

Hobbies & interests: Astronomy, roller skating

What I love about Mathnasium: I love helping kids aquire the tools they need in order to become advanced math students.

Maya is also the co-owner of the Eagle Rock Mathnasium. She opened the Glendale location in 2015 and took over the Eagle Rock center in January of 2018.



Jennifer Carpinteyro, Community Outreach Coordinator

With Mathnasium since 2016; Jen is also a business owner and is a former elementary school teacher.

Where I will be in 5 years: Hopefully nearing graduation from the University of Minnesota. I plan on getting a graduate degree in economics from there.
