Center Director
Rutu has been part of Mathnasium for over five years and now serves as the Center Director at Mathnasium of Lake Brantley. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and previously worked as a lecturer in Quantitative Biology at the University of Central Florida.
Raised in nearby Lake Mary, Rutu is passionate about giving back to her community. She enjoys building meaningful connections with students, inspiring their love for math, and watching them grow in both skills and confidence.
Lynn Byfield
Owner
With more than a decade in education, Lynn is dedicated to helping students build confidence through learning. She taught for Seminole County Public Schools for seven years, earning Teacher of the Year in 2013 before opening her first Mathnasium center in Lake Mary.
In 2020, she opened Mathnasium of Lake Brantley to further support her community. Lynn is passionate about giving students the tools to conquer math, advocate for their own skills, and truly make math make sense.
Linda Roberts
Director of Marketing
Linda brings experience from higher education, where she served as an Associate Dean at Averett University and as a Career College President. She holds a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and an MBA from Averett University.
Originally from Huntington, WV, Linda now lives in Apopka with her husband and their boxer, Honey. She enjoys watching students grow in confidence, designing fun prize cabinets, and fostering community connections to create an encouraging learning environment.
