Baylor
Center Director
Baylor is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Brandon and a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Mathematics. He’s been part of the Mathnasium family for over a decade, growing from instructor to leadership roles thanks to his dedication and sense of humor.
He enjoys tabletop games, sharing photos of his two dogs, and—according to him—telling the world’s best math jokes. His favorite number is 24 for its many factors, and he believes Mathnasium is a place where confidence and curiosity in math can thrive.
Lisa
Assistant Center Director
Lisa served 25 years in the United States Air Force before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Now, as a Lead Instructor at Mathnasium, she’s passionate about giving back and helping students grow their confidence in math.
A lifelong math enthusiast, Lisa was active in her high school Math Club and later took advanced college-level math courses. Outside of Mathnasium, she loves spending time with her kids and building Lego creations. Her favorite number is 25 (her lucky number) and she believes learning math should always be fun and empowering.
Chris
Instructor
Chris brings a lifetime of teaching experience to Mathnasium, having taught high school math for over 50 years. She holds a degree in Math Education from Bob Jones University and taught everything from Pre-Algebra to AP Calculus while moving across the globe as a Navy wife.

Jackie graduated from University of Miami and University of South Florida with a degree in Elementary Education and has been in education for 19 years. She has a passion for teaching students math and science and that has been the focus the whole time in the classroom.
In her spare time, she is a Mom to 2 daughters and a dog Mom to her beagle Brodie.
Nick
Instructor
Nick is a passionate math teacher at Sumner High School with over 10 years of teaching experience in both California and Florida. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematics from Cal Poly Pomona and loves helping students truly understand why math works, not just how.
Nick loves working at Mathnasium because it gives him the opportunity to connect with students one-on-one, build their confidence, and help them discover that they can be successful in math. Watching students grow, overcome challenges, and celebrate their wins is what motivates him every day.
Outside of Mathnasium and the classroom, Nick is an avid sports fan who enjoys making it to Tampa Bay games whenever he can. He also loves trying new recipes in the kitchen and exploring all the hidden gems Florida has to offer.
