Gagandeep Kaur is an OCT (Ontario College of Teachers) Certified educator and an experienced mathematics professional with a strong academic background in education and mathematics. She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), equipping her with both advanced subject knowledge and effective teaching methodologies.

With more than three years of teaching experience, Gagandeep has successfully taught and mentored students with diverse learning needs and academic abilities. She is committed to creating engaging, inclusive, and student-centered learning environments that foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and confidence in mathematics.

Currently, Gagandeep serves as a Lead Math Tutor, where she provides academic leadership, mentors fellow tutors, develops instructional strategies, and designs personalized learning plans to support student success. Her ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts and adapt her teaching approach to individual learning styles has consistently contributed to improved student performance and engagement.

Susan is a highly accomplished educator with over a decade of dedicated experience at Mathnasium. She holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, along with certifications in Mathematics. With extensive teaching experience across all grade levels from elementary through high school. Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and a global perspective to her work with students.

For more than 10 years, Susan has been an integral part of the Mathnasium team, helping countless students strengthen their math skills, build confidence, and discover the joy of learning. She is passionate about making math meaningful and relatable, ensuring that each student not only understands math but feels motivated to excel. Her warm, encouraging approach creates a positive learning environment where students feel supported and inspired.

Divya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and brings valuable teaching experience from both Canada and India. With a calm and patient personality, she has a natural ability to connect with students and meet them at their level. By identifying where a student may be struggling and carefully guiding them step by step, Divya helps build strong understanding, confidence, and long-term success.

Passionate about making math meaningful, Divya finds great joy in seeing her students progress, from where they started to where they grow at Mathnasium. Watching this transformation gives her immense satisfaction and motivates her to put in every effort to ensure her students excel. She goes beyond surface-level teaching, diving deep into mathematical concepts and using the proven Mathnasium Method™ to help students truly understand math in a way that makes sense to them.

Divya plays an important role in helping students who once disliked math develop a newfound love for the subject. Through her supportive guidance, students not only achieve better grades but also gain valuable problem-solving and reasoning skills they can apply in everyday life.
