Creativity plays an important role in how children learn, communicate, and build confidence.
At Camp Mathnasium, our Art & Media activities give students the opportunity to express ideas visually while developing focus, patience, and creative thinking skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Students participate in hands-on projects that encourage imagination, experimentation, and self-expression while helping them feel more comfortable sharing ideas and working independently.
Creative activities are also valuable because they help balance structured academic learning with exploration and personal expression.
Many students who may feel hesitant in traditional classroom settings often become more engaged and confident when given opportunities to create, design, and experiment freely.
These activities support:
• creativity and imagination
• attention to detail
• problem-solving through design
• confidence in self-expression
• focus and persistence
Most importantly, students begin seeing learning as something enjoyable and rewarding rather than something they simply have to complete.
For families considering summer enrichment, we are currently offering an Early Bird Special for the Mathnasium Ultra-Six Summer Day Camp, with the first 20 students receiving $100 OFF registration.
If you would like to learn more or reserve your child’s spot, complete our Summer Camp Interest Form or contact our team for additional details.
