Fall Programs: In-Centre and Online

As we head into the fall, we will continue to offer both in-centre and online programs so that you can choose the option that works best for you and your family.

Fall hours are the same for in-center and online instruction, and are effective September 1st as follows:

Fall Hours

Due to necessary restrictions on class size to allow for physical distancing, there will be limited availability and time slots for in-center instruction. There will be a maximum of 10 students in the center per time slot. Please contact us early to reserve your preferred times if you are interested in coming into the center for your sessions.

In-Center Safety Measures

• All in-center sessions must be scheduled in advance. We apologize that walk-in sessions cannot be accomodated at this time.

• The waiting area inside the center has been removed and parents are asked not to wait inside the center for pick-up or drop-off. For safety reasons, when dropping off your child, please do not leave the parking lot until you have seen your child enter the center.

• If you would like to speak to the center director in person, please call ahead to book an appointment.

• To minimize congestion at the door, please abide by the designated entry and exit doors as shown:

• Masks are required inside the center.

• Hand sanitizer is provided at each of the entry and exit doors. Please sanitize your hands immediately upon entering the center, and again before leaving.

• The washrooms are closed and to be used for emergency needs only. Please encourage your child to use the bathroom at home before coming to their session.

• The water cooler is unavailable for student use. Students are asked to bring their own water bottles.

• Plexiglass shields on each table will separate the instructors from the students.

• Student work areas are cleaned and sanitized after every student. Students will have their own pencil, eraser, and scrap paper stored within their individual binders.
