I couldn't recommend Mathnasium more, the teachers are wonderful, the material is age/grade appropriate, and it works. My 6 year old started attending at the outset of grade 1. She was nervous with numbers, and struggled to engage and enjoy learning math. It has been less than four months and she is a different child. She practices numeracy on her own (for fun) asks me math questions at random times, and has taken to instructing her younger sister on numbers. She looks forward to her weekly Mathnasium session, and the little prizes she builds up to. I had not expected this result so quickly, and I am thrilled.

The explaination was thourough and clear, the kids love the sessions, the instructors took time to teach kids on how everythying is done - it works! My kid had strugglings at school with Math when she gets distracted a lot, now she's more comfortable of solving match problems because she finds them interesting!
