For more than 30 years, olya kozlova has been helping children, families, and communities thrive through her work in mental health, children's mental health, and humanitarian programs. She is passionate about building strong, connected communities and believes every child has unique strengths. With the right support, children can achieve far more than they ever imagined.
As a mom of five, olya knows firsthand the joys, hopes, and everyday challenges of parenting. Outside of Mathnasium, she enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, exploring nature with her dogs, spending time with her family (especially over a good board game!), and always finding something new to learn.
Dmytro Kozlov has always enjoyed numbers, patterns, and the challenge of finding a solution. With a degree in mathematics and years of experience as a data management consultant in IT and data warehousing, he brings strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a creative approach to solving problems.
Dmytro has always loved a good challenge — whether it’s tackling a complex work problem, solving a puzzle, or attempting an extreme Sudoku! He is passionate about helping people reach their goals, whether in business, education, or everyday life. As a parent of five, he understands that everyone learns differently and that the right encouragement and support can make a real difference.
Outside of work, Dmytro enjoys running, discovering new challenges, and spending time with his family.
