Q: Why did you choose to own a Mathnasium center? A: I wanted to give back to the community by positively changing children's lives. My mission is to empower children and to grow their potential by building confidence and excitement in math.

Q: What do you like about the city your Mathnasium center is located in? A: I moved to Collegeville in 2017 and love it here! Collegeville is a very sought after suburb of Philadelphia and has attracted several young families. The Mathnasium center serves three school districts and multiple private schools in the area. I am proud to be a resident of the Collegeville community and love to bring positive impact here.

Q: Can you think of any way that your center has positively impacted the community that it’s located in? A: We are engaged and active in the local community through the Spring-Ford Chamber of Commerce as well as the Collegeville Rotary Club. We have been able to contribute to several community service projects led by the Rotary Club and continue to positively impact our local community. We continue to empower children in Collegeville by building their confidence.

Q: Did you like math when you were in grade school? A: Yes, I was pretty good at math when I was in school. However, I wish I had known the Mathnasium Method then. I believe I would have been a rockstar at school for knowing all the number sense techniques!

Q: What do you think you would have liked most about Mathnasium if you had attended when you were in grade school? A: In school, I wasn't allowed to use a calculator. I wish I had some more knowledge of the number sense techniques to be able to do basic computation facts faster.

Q: One last question, what’s something fun you enjoy doing in Collegeville, PA? A: The Perkiomen Valley Trail runs behind the shopping center where Mathnasium is located. The center is located in the midst of a very active community with bikers and walkers. This trail runs along the Schuylkill river and is very scenic.
