Donni Marshall

Assistant Center Director
Donni is a college graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University. Donni lived in California and Louisiana before finally settling in Texas. Donni loves creativity and creating acrylic paintings.

Thien Bui

Lead Instructor
Thien is a college student, planning and currently attends UTHSA. She is working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences and would like to become a doctor or a lab scientist. Thien is a food lover and she is up to try different cuisines!

Kofi Bekoe

Instructor
Kofi is a junior at Wagner High School. He has lived in Texas for 5 years, and really likes the culture and people here. He likes to play basketball and video games. He says he is pretty much a normal guy.

Daniel Chavez

Daniel is currently attending Texas State University and majoring in Wildlife Biology. Besides his love for animals, he likes drawing, making music, and learning advanced math.

Laney Stong

Lead Instructor
Laney is a freshman at the University of Texas at Austin. She has lived in the area her entire life and loves the community. She used to participate in band in high school and is now attending UT Austin, pursuing an undergraduate degree in neuroscience. Laney online works on our @home platform.

Joseph Goffar

Instructor
Joseph is an undergraduate mechanical engineering student at UTSA. He’s a military brat who’s originally from Honolulu, but now calls Texas home. An avid video game player, 3D printing hobbyist, and Star Trek aficionado; Joseph is what professionals refer to as “a nerd.” Naturally, as a nerd, Joseph finds himself offended by such a Flanderized descriptor.

Joseph, while tall, is very bad at basketball and will often resort to throwing with one hand while looking silly.

I will be an overpaid desk junky doing CAD daily and using way too much paper.

Kristine Onejeme

Instructor
Kristine is currently a highschool student at Randolph and new to Texas. She has lived abroad her whole life with 12 years in Japan and 4 years in Guam. She aspires to join the medical field and volunteer for an international nonprofit emergency medical service organization. What makes her great with kids is her matching immature humor. Kristine started work here in June of 2023.

Sofia Urbina

Instructor
Sofia is currently a freshman at Northeast Lakeview College. She’s originally from Chicago and recently moved to Texas. She wants to be a pediatrician when she’s older.

Tony Bui

Instructor
Tony is from Vietnam and moved to the US in 2019 when he was 12, right before his 13th birthday. Lived in Eastvale, California for a year and moved to San Antonio, Texas in the summer of 2020. I want to be a biomedical engineer, refining artificial limbs or organs.

Emma is a student at Theodore Roosevelt high school. She has lived in Texas her whole life. She wants to be either a chemical or biomedical engineer. Emma loves crocheting, sewing, and learning new crafts.

Mack is a Junior at the University of Texas, San Antonio. He has lived in Texas for al his life but has been all around the United States. He is a Computer Science Major and wants to revolutionize cyber security.

Huy Duong, Instructor Huy is a Junior at the School of Science and Technology. He was born in Vietnam and moved to the US when he was 7. He has lived in 3 states in his entire life: California, Ohio, and Texas. He wants to become a civil engineer like his dad, and he’s really interested in cars.
