In-Center Instruction Has Resumed!

Jul 13, 2020 | Eagle Rock

We’re pleased to share that our center has resumed in-person instruction as of Monday, July 13. Our goal is to combat learning loss, ease the transition from this school year to the next, and ensure that students begin the next school year with confidence.

In the interest of everyone’s safety, we are limiting the number of students who can attend the center at any one time so that we can observe social distancing guidelines. We will not be allowing more than 10 people (students + instructors) in the center at a time.
As such, in-center sessions will need to be scheduled — we apologize that walk-in sessions will not be possible for the time being.

As part of the same safety precautions, the parent area will be closed until further notice. Parents should arrive 5 minutes prior to the start and end of each scheduled session for pick up and drop off directly outside of the center. Parents may not enter the center.
Instructors and students will be required to wear masks while in-center.

If your child is sick or exhibiting symptoms of respiratory illness, including fever or cough, please stay home and call us in advance.

We have placed clear counter barriers on student tables between students and instructors. Students will be seated 6 ft apart from one another. All center doors will be left open to maximize airflow.

Instructors and students will have their temperature checked upon arrival. Anyone who is sick or exhibiting symptoms of respiratory illness, including fever or cough, will be asked to return home.
We are also implementing a comprehensive disinfection and protection protocol to make sure that surfaces are clean and disinfected on a regular basis and in between sessions. All instructors and students will have access to hand sanitizer, and will use it upon entering and leaving the center.
