Our staff is built to teach each student individually, to develop the skills they need to thrive in mathematics, and to foster a love of learning.

Sarah Fuller

Lead Instructor
Sarah earned a scholarship after graduating from high school in AZ in the top 5% of her class of over 600 students with 3.9 GPA, and is a Council Member of the National Honors Society, and an AP Scholar with Honors. She is now pursuing a degree in Architecture at the University of Oregon. Prior to joining our A+ center upon her arrival to OR, Sarah had to end 2.5 years of tutoring math at Kumon in AZ, where she also volunteered at a theatre program that performs for local nursing homes. Sarah knows the importance of a positive learning environment and wants every child to reach their full potential. She enjoys spending her free time baking, painting, and playing with her dogs.

Evan Doloszycki

Instructor
Evan graduated from high school in Los Angeles with a 3.8 GPA as an Eagle Scout and a Varsity Member of Cross Country/Track. Thanks to scholarships, he is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Business at the University of Oregon. Evan was a youth camp counselor at YMCA for 3 years, and is always excited to help kids learn and fulfill their potential. When he’s not studying or tutoring, he enjoys reading, playing soccer, playing chess, long distance running, hiking, and camping. Evan's favorite movie quote is by Yoda in Star Wars: “Do or do not; there is no try.”

Kylie Griffiths

Instructor
Kylie is a student at the University of Oregon, majoring in Computer Science with a Minor in Math. She has lived in Oregon her whole life and graduated from high school as an IB student with a 4.2 GPA. Kylie worked at an elementary school after-school program, where she grew to love working with children, and now at Mathnasium, she’s helping children come to appreciate math as she has. Kylie enjoys videogames, drawing, exercising at the gym, and playing soccer (even though she says she’s not very good).

Alyson Kar

Instructor
Alyson grew up in Hawaii, where she graduated with a 4.2 GPA as an AP scholar. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Education at the University of Oregon. She was a math tutor at Kumon for 2 years and she loves sharing her passion for math with others and finding new ways to make learning fun. When she is not studying or tutoring, Alyson likes to play volleyball and enjoys reading books and watching movies.

Sadie Paschall

Instructor
Sadie is pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Anthropology at the University of Oregon, as well as a Minor in Math, with the goal of becoming an archaeologist. During the pandemic, Sadie worked as a math tutor for UO student-athletes, and immediately fell in love with tutoring. They have also volunteered in elementary school classrooms to assist kids with math. Sadie is fluent in Spanish, and in their free time, enjoys walks in the parks, baking for friends and family, and listening to vinyl records.

Mateo Stange

Instructor
Mateo is a Mechanical Engineering student at LCC. He has lived in Oregon most of his life, where he developed a strong liking towards math and science. In high school, he entered an accelerated math program, then graduated with honors. Prior to working at our Eugene center, Mateo worked at another Mathnasium location for over 2 years. Outside of work, he enjoys baking, lifting, and playing guitar, bass, and drums.

Julia Tai

Instructor
Julia is a valedictorian who graduated from high school as a member of the National Honors Society, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Math at the University of Oregon. Mathnasium has allowed Julia to continue to explore her passion for math as well as working with kids. In her free time, she loves volunteering at a local garden in Springfield, and tutoring students in English. She also enjoys doing art, cooking, biking, and hanging out with friends and family.

Eric Yost

Instructor
Eric fell in love with math at an early age, which led him to pursue a career in engineering. After graduating from Oregon State University with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering, he spent 7 years performing structural designs as a licensed professional engineer in Oregon, before tutoring math to high school students for the past 3 years. In his free time, Eric enjoys exercising, watching sports, and playing with his cat, Max.

Yasmine Jemmali

Administrative Assistant
Yasmine is Mo's daughter. She's a senior at South Eugene High School, and has been a Mathnasium student since we launched our center in June 2020. Yasmine is also a "Frenchie" in the French immersion program in the IHS (International High School) program, and will be taking her IB (International Baccalaureate) exams alongside her SAT before graduating this spring. Yasmine competes in gymnastics, and has been coaching gymnastics to kids at NAAG for over 3 years. She also likes to ski, play tennis at YMCA, and try to beat her dad in chess. Her favorite hobby is music ,and she loves to play the piano, violin, guitar, ukulele, and drums.
