Q: Tell us why you enrolled your child at Mathnasium?
A: My son was suddenly struggling in 5th grade, and I was worried he was going to lose confidence and motivation. He had always been good at math but this year was different as his grades and focus were suffering across all subjects. I decided to enroll him in Mathnasium to make sure he had a solid foundation in math.
Q: What changes have you noticed in your child since enrolling them at Mathnasium?
A: Almost immediately, his confidence rose and he was moved into a more advanced math class where he felt more challenged, focused and engaged. I noticed he was working harder and was happier to go school. I received positive feedback from his new math teacher.
Q: What difference have you seen in your child’s grades or test scores?
A: My son's grades increased several letter grades, and math quickly became his favorite subject again!
Q: Did you like doing math homework with your student? Do the instructors at Mathnasium help your child with homework now?
A: Even though I have a math background, it was hard for me to support him academically. I think kids benefit in learning from others. As his workload increased, he started getting more homework support from his Mathnasium instructors.
