Cassidy Wolfe
Lead Instructor
Cassidy Wolfe has lived in the Sparks/Reno area her whole life. She loves the community she was raised in and wants to be able to provide more resources for the current students in Washoe County. She graduated in 2022 from Spanish Springs High School, where she served as the student body president her senior year.
“My favorite part about working at Mathnasium is being able to watch the students’ confidence and passion for math build over time.”
Her love for math and teaching has grown throughout her time at the University of Nevada, Reno where she is pursuing a degree in biology on the pre-medical track. We’re excited to have Cassidy on our team and are expecting her to do great things as she prepares for her career in medicine.
Cait Stratton
Lead Instructor
Cait Stratton was born and raised in Reno. She is finishing her senior year at Spanish Springs High School where she is the president of the Murals Club where they are commissioned by faculty to create and paint murals to represent the school. She has finished a 3-year program in Graphic Design and will be attending UNR in the fall pursuing a bachelors degree in Graphic Design. She likes to spend her free time reading or doing something artistic.
“I went to Mathnasium of East Sparks to get help in math and I found a love and appreciation for it. Math has since grown into one of my strongest subjects in school. I was ecstatic when offered the job here. Now I get to help others find their love for math!”
We’re so fortunate to have another success story join our team to help our students. It goes without saying that we are looking forward to great things from Cait as she embarks on her aspirations beyond high school.
Kylie Cathcart
Instructor
Kylie Cathcart was born and raised in the East Bay Area. She moved here in 2021, to attend the University of Nevada, Reno where she is completing two degrees; one in secondary education, and one in math. Upon graduating in the spring of 2025, she plans to teach 8th-grade math.
When asked about how far back her love of math goes, she offered, "I've always wanted to provide kids the opportunity to have the same experience with math that I have always had, to love every second of it."
In her free time, she likes to get coffee, listen to music, and paint with watercolor. She's already established positive relationships with the kids at our Mathnasium by encouraging them that they have what it takes to succeed.

Mathnasium provides premium value by combining a superior learning experience with an efficient structure that keeps costs low. There is a flat enrollment fee for our program, and students attend regularly—much like a gym membership. We recommend that they attend Mathnasium 2-3 times per week as attending less frequently will slow results and attending too often could lead to student burnout. Pricing varies by program and geographic area. Contact our center for more details on enrollment packages.

No. All learning occurs under the efficient and effective guidance of our trained instructors. Adding homework would risk frustration and overload. In fact, we'll set aside some time each session to help your student with their school homework.
