How to schedule In-Center Math Sessions

How to schedule IN-CENTER math sessions with Appointy.

Start by going to the Appointy website to schedule math sessions

Steps to schedule a math session

Log in with your email / password

Your student(s) displays.  

Click “Select” to choose a student. Or choose multiple students.

If you'd like a Weekday math session (Monday through Thursday)

click “60min” under “Weekday math session”, then Add (at the bottom) then Next 

Or, if you'd like a session on Friday or Saturday, 

click "60min" under "Friday or Saturday math session",  then Add (at the bottom) then Next 

A calendar displays.  Select (click) the Date you prefer

Select (click) the Time you prefer

Review.  If correct - CONFIRM.   (if not correct, choose "start over")

Reminders: 

You will receive an EMAIL reminder the day before the math session. 

You will also receive a TEXT reminder 3 - 4 hours prior to the session appointment time.

Bonus tips:

Siblings

If you're scheduling siblings - look for times with more than one "slot" available.

Appointy “LIMIT” Warning

If you see a message that you've reached your limit, there may be sessions selected but not confirmed. To fix this, sign-in to Appointy, look for items in the CART. If there are unconfirmed sessions, either confirm or delete them.

Not sure if you've scheduled a session in the future?

Sign into Appointy, click the menu and find "My Bookings".   If you can't make the session, cancel it. Then start over to schedule a new one.
