Director
Mohamad is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Farmington Hills. Prior to opening his Mathnasium center, Mohamad was a Faculty in the Department of Physics at Iowa State University. He has an PhD from Iowa State University and a BS in Physics from Applied Science University. Realizing how Math deficiency affected (and still) students in college, Mohamad is enthusiastic about helping every child in the Farmington/Farmington Hills community to truly understand math by teaching it in the way that makes sense to them. He has taught and tutored children of all ages, and he is committed to bringing the Mathnasium Method to the children in the community. Favorite Number: 7 Favorite Math Joke: Why was 6 afraid of 7? Issra is a graduate student at Eastern Michigan University’s Occupational Therapy program. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, reading and baking. There is a flat enrollment fee for our program, and students attend regularly—much like a gym membership. We recommend that they attend Mathnasium 2-3 times per week as attending less frequently will slow results and attending too often could lead to student burnout.
