Center Director
Dalal leads the Mathnasium centers in Hendersonville and Nolensville with a passion for math and education. Originally from Morocco, she graduated with honors from a top math high school and holds degrees in both Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics.
With over a decade of tutoring experience, Dalal is dedicated to helping students excel and enjoy math. She also homeschools her three children and loves traveling and learning about new cultures. Dalal is committed to creating a positive, encouraging space where students can thrive academically and grow in confidence.
Brooklynn White
Assistant Center Director
Brooklynn brings energy and enthusiasm to her role as Assistant Center Director at Mathnasium of Hendersonville and Nolensville. She graduated with honors from Austin Peay State University with a degree in Special Education and has been tutoring math since high school.
Brooklynn loves helping students understand and enjoy math, especially when they start to believe in their abilities. Her favorite part of the job? Watching confidence and smiles grow with every session!
Adam Litvin
District Manager
Adam oversees five Mathnasium centers across Middle Tennessee, bringing 15+ years of leadership experience in sales and operations to the role. He holds a B.Ed. in Music Education, a BBA in Management, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management at Harvard University.
Before Mathnasium, Adam held leadership roles at major companies including Asurion and AT&T. Today, he’s passionate about empowering teams and celebrating student success. Outside of work, Adam enjoys time with his wife, pets, chess, community service, and cheering on football and basketball teams.
Elana Daigle
Director of Operations
Elana leads operations across multiple Mathnasium centers in Texas and Tennessee, drawing on over 20 years in math education. She began as a middle school math teacher and mentor in Region 5 and also taught as an adjunct professor at Lamar Institute of Technology.
Elana holds a Master's in Math Education from UT Arlington and is Master Certified in the Mathnasium Method™. She’s dedicated to making math engaging and rewarding for every student. What inspires her most? Watching students build lasting confidence and joy through math in a caring, fun group environment.
