Q: Tell us why you enrolled your child at Mathnasium?
A: A few years ago, I was homeschooling my son and he needed some extra support in math, in areas where he was behind. He was also not enjoying math at that time.
Q: What changes have you noticed in your child since enrolling them at Mathnasium?
A: He has now been a part of the Mathnasium math program for over two years, and he has grown to enjoy math!
Q: What difference have you seen in your child’s grades or test scores?
A: His test scores have increased, and he is so much more confident. He is now in full time school and he has moved up to the middle group in math, and sometimes even the high level group. He also knows his math facts! I have also enrolled his younger brother at Mathnasium!
Q: Did you like doing math homework with your student? Do the instructors at Mathnasium help your child with homework now?
A: Before starting the program when math was hard, he would shut down, but now, he goes through his strategies to solve the problem. His confidence has increased in math and in himself, and he really loves going to Mathnasium. In fact, he was recently accepted into the Junior Instructor Leadership program at the center, and is super excited to do this!
