But as the pandemic continues, families who are learning and working from home need additional support: Kids need a place free of distractions where they can focus on tasks with their classes and schoolwork. You need freedom from having to supervise their learning.
That’s why we’re so excited to announce our new service, Prime Study Space. Beginning August 31, Mathnasium of Lutz will provide a comfortable workspace for your child to focus on distance learning in all subjects.
You won’t need to worry about distractions while you work or have your child attend their virtual classes at the kitchen table.
We will provide students with a desk, fast internet, and power outlet. We will also offer limited tech support, homework help when possible, clean restrooms, and games for downtime.
Students can attend daily and will follow their schools curriculum. Our friendly background-checked facilitators will keep students on track, so you can focus on your day.
The ratio of facilitators to students will be 1:7 or better and, as always, safety is our top priority. Similar to our in-center math instruction, we follow local, state and CDC guidelines, including social distancing and disinfecting protocols. In addition, students and Mathnasium team members will have their temperature checked daily and wear masks, at all times.
