One of the important technique to improve math skills and concept is to help your child use math every day. In the toy store, ask them to calculate the price of a discounted toy. In the restaurant ask them to calculate the tip for the bill.
Another good technique is to play math games such as Set, Number 24, chess, checkers with the kids. This stimulates their mind and improves their logical thinking and mathematical concepts and also makes the exercise fun for them.
