• Where is Mathnasium of Meridian located?

  Mathnasium of Meridian is located in the shopping center near Trader Joe’s, just off Eagle and Ustick Roads. Our convenient location, with ample parking and nearby shopping and dining, makes us a popular and accessible choice for families in Meridian and surrounding communities.

• Do you offer online tutoring?

  Yes! Mathnasium of Meridian offers both in-center and online tutoring. Whether attending in person or virtually, students receive personalized, face-to-face instruction from the same specially trained tutors in a supportive group learning environment.

• Is there a difference between online and in-person tutoring?

  No, there is no difference in quality. Students who join online receive the same personalized learning plans, live instruction, and academic support they would experience in our learning center.

• What math classes can your Meridian tutors help with?

  Our specially trained math tutors in Meridian work with students in grades K–12 on a wide range of topics, from early childhood math and foundational arithmetic to Algebra and Geometry.

• What does mathematics tutoring cost at Mathnasium of Meridian?

• Is there a difference between the cost of online and in-center math tutoring at Mathnasium of Meridian?

  No. Membership fees are the same for online, in-center, and hybrid instruction formats.

• Why do you require an assessment for enrollment at Mathnasium of Meridian?

  Every student begins their Mathnasium journey with a diagnostic assessment. This helps us understand their current skill level, identify strengths and gaps, and learn more about their academic goals.  

  We use assessment-based insights to create a customized learning plan that sets them up for long-term success.

• How do you teach math? What curriculum do you use?

  At Mathnasium of Meridian, we use the Mathnasium Method™, our proprietary teaching approach that combines personalized learning plans with proven instructional techniques.  

  Building upon what the student already knows, we add new concepts gradually, breaking them down into manageable steps. This helps students develop strong foundational skills, fill in gaps, and often transform how they think and feel about math.

• Do you work with advanced students or with students who are struggling with math?

  Yes! We work with students at all skill levels, whether they are looking to catch up, keep up, or get ahead on their math journey. 

  Students who are struggling with math benefit from personalized instruction and confidence-building support.  

  Advanced students enjoy enrichment programs and opportunities that challenge them to grow and expand their understanding of higher-level math concepts.

• Do you work with homeschooled students in Meridian?

  Yes. We support homeschooled students as well as those enrolled in public, private, and charter schools across Meridian, Eagle, and surrounding areas.

• Do you help students with their math homework?

  Yes. During each session, our tutors dedicate time to help students with their math homework, reinforcing what they’re learning in school and supporting their success in the classroom.

• Does Mathnasium assign homework to students?

  No, all learning takes place during sessions with our tutors. We do not assign homework, allowing students to focus on building skills and making meaningful progress while at Mathnasium.

• Do you prepare students for standardized tests?

  Yes. Mathnasium of Meridian prepares students for a variety of school and standardized math exams, including ACT® and SAT®. Our test prep programs combine personalized learning plans, targeted practice, and expert instruction to help students build both skill and confidence.
