As Halloween passes, we’re shifting gears into one of our favorite times of the year, progress check season! For students who began their Mathnasium journey at the start of this school year, progress checks are being printed and reviewed. This is such an exciting milestone because it gives us the chance to celebrate how much our students have grown since their first assessment. Seeing their hard work come to life in stronger math skills and growing confidence is always one of the highlights of the fall season.

Meanwhile, our students around the valley have fully embraced the festive spirit! From Wizards and Power Rangers to Rastafarians and itty-bitty Mice, we’ve seen plenty of creativity in costumes this year. Beyond the costumes, families have been enjoying fall fun, roasting homemade pumpkin seeds, playing board games, and finding clever ways to weave math into their everyday activities. Whether it’s counting candy, estimating pumpkin weights, or solving puzzles together, this season has been a wonderful reminder that math can be everywhere, and fun too!
