As Park City students head back to school, our dedicated staff and team of instructors is here to help them start the year strong. Each brings unique experiences, talents, and energy to Mathnasium of Park City. Let’s spotlight some of the amazing faces your child will see in the center this fall!
Katie — Assistant Center Director
With a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah, Katie combines technical expertise with a gift for building math confidence. She has experience as a tutor and teaching assistant and loves connecting with students on both the logic and creativity of math. When she’s not at the center, Katie enjoys board games, book clubs, and spending time with her cat, Yasha.
Tip for Success: Stay curious and collaborative—combine logic with creativity, and never be afraid to ask “why?”
Raven — Instructor
Raven was born in Kansas and moved to Utah at age six. A passionate athlete, she grew up competing in freeride skiing and now coaches during the winter season. She’s currently a freshman at the University of Utah studying Applied Math. Outside of school, she spends quality time with her eight dogs!
Tip for Success: Practice with persistence—small steps every day add up to big math wins.

Favorite Math Joke: Why is 69 so scared of 70? Because once they fought, and 71.
Fynn — Instructor

Tip for Success: Bring the same focus to math that you bring to the slopes—consistency leads to growth.

Sarah — Instructor
Sarah grew up in Jackson, WY and now lives in Salt Lake City while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Utah. She balances her love for math and science with creative hobbies like hiking, baking, drawing, and going to the gym.
