Hey everyone! I'm Christina, a Junior concurrently enrolled in Wheaton High School and Thomas Edison High School of Technology. At Edison, I'm pursuing CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications this year, with plans to obtain Security+ next year, as part of the Network Operations/Cybersecurity Sector. My favorite number is 28 – it's fun to write in one continuous stroke, especially the looped "2." Interestingly, despite being almost 85% Vietnamese, I speak very little of the language, including my own last name. (Don't ask me how to pronounce it because I'll butcher it worse than you!) However, I am fluent in Cantonese and have basic Mandarin skills.
Hello! My name is Valerie. I am a senior at Montgomery Blair High School, and I plan on studying mathematics and computer science in college. I like playing recreational volleyball with my friends, practicing violin (and some guitar), and working on interesting math problems in my free time! My favorite number is 1001 because it’s the same number written backwards and can be written as the product of three consecutive primes. Fun fact: I can perform a little magic with cards - come see it firsthand!
