Summer 2025 special offer if you enroll before May 31
Two FREE weeks in June when you commit for minimum 3 months from May-August. First time or returning students only. Different offer for current and active families. Minimum 8 sessions/month commitment. All fee paid in advance. If parent opt for recurring monthly fee, then 2-free weeks will be applied in the last month of offer. This special offer is valid for up to 3 child per family.
Summer is the time for road trips, backyard BBQs, days at the beach and … math? That’s right! It’s important for students to make math a part of their summer so they don’t lose what they’ve learned during the school year. On average, children lose 2-3 months of math skills during the summer months. This is such a common problem it’s widely known as the “summer slide.”
Many students have fallen behind in math during the pandemic as well, and they’ve continued to struggle as a result. And, because math knowledge is cumulative, math learning loss must be remedied before students can progress. The sooner gaps are addressed, the less time it takes to remedy them.
The good news is you can reinforce their math skills in all kinds of ways, even while enjoying your favorite summer activities. Work math into your road trip by calculating the mileage. Encourage your child to read math-based books. Take a trip to a science museum. Or keep stats on your favorite baseball team throughout the season.
Enrolling your child in a summer math program is another great way to reinforce the math knowledge they acquired last year and introduce new concepts that will help in the year ahead. Children have more time, are less tired and are better able to focus during their summer break, so they’re in a great position to make tremendous strides in a relatively short period of time. The key is to do it in a lively and supportive atmosphere where they’re having fun.

Enrollments are now open for Summer camp at Mathnasium of Reading. “Summer Camp Mathnasium” will bring something different every day for your child. Our Summer program starts mid-June (start day TBD once we know last day of local school district) and will run through months of July and August.
We are offering flexible hours for parents to enroll their child for either 1-, 2- or 3-hours sessions. We have Math Instructions for each student’s grade level or above grade level instructions for advanced students and have lot of plans including some exciting themes listed below:
Mathematical Arts and Crafts: Exploring math concepts through various styles of art. Topics will include Geometrical shapes. We will let kids get creative. They will learn all about the breathtaking world of geometrical shapes and compare them with the real-world examples.
Sports: Your mathlete will love learning all about the math behind their favorite sports! Topics will include statistics, shapes, dimensions, time and much more.
STEM: Your mad scientist will have a blast exploring the world of STEM! Topics will include basic algebra, and much more! Kids will learn how to connect dots while we take a deep dive and learn how knowledge of Math helps in scientific advancements.

We offer $20 sibling discount on all enrollments. If a student is joining Mathnasium for the first time, we charge either $49 or $99 summer enrollment fee depending on the package.
