Mathnasium of Redondo Beach's personalized geometry tutoring programs are designed to support students at every stage of their math journey.
We introduce middle school students to foundational concepts like angles, shapes, congruence, and basic measurement, building the spatial reasoning and logical thinking skills needed for high school geometry.
Our tutors guide students through core topics—triangles, circles, proofs, transformations, and the Pythagorean theorem—using personalized plans that make abstract concepts clear and build problem-solving confidence.
Honors students and competition participants can receive targeted support for challenging topics like advanced proofs, coordinate geometry, and complex problem-solving strategies that prepare them for college-level coursework and math competitions.
At Mathnasium of Redondo Beach, our tutors work with students of all skill levels to help them learn and master any geometry topic, from angles and shapes to coordinate geometry and formal proofs.
Whether your student is in middle school or tackling honors-level high school geometry, we meet them where they are and help them grow.
We teach geometry using the Mathnasium Method™, a proprietary teaching approach designed to promote math mastery, including a deep understanding of geometry.
By combining personalized learning plans with interactive teaching techniques, we help students not only grasp key geometry concepts but also enjoy the learning process.
We start each student’s journey with a diagnostic assessment to evaluate their skills and goals. Using the assessment-based insights, we create a personalized learning plan focused on the topics they need most, such as congruence, transformations, area and volume, or logic and proofs.
Once the learning plan is in place, our tutors provide targeted instruction, adapting to each student’s learning style to close any learning gaps, strengthen their geometry foundation, and build lasting confidence.

Every student begins with a diagnostic assessment. This helps us understand exactly where they’re strong and where they need more support.
From there, we create a customized plan and adjust it as they move forward, ensuring steady progress and mastery of concepts.
Yes. We’re well-versed in the California Common Core State Standards and align our instruction with the geometry curriculum used in the Redondo Beach Unified School District and nearby schools, including private and charter programs.
We work with K–12 students at all levels. Most geometry students are in grades 7–11, but we can support earlier learners just being introduced to geometry as well as advanced high schoolers tackling more complex topics.
Getting started is simple. After scheduling a free assessment, we evaluate the student’s skills, set goals, and build a plan. Most students begin sessions within just a few days of enrollment.
Our free assessments help pinpoint what your child's math needs are.
