We’re so happy to have finally opened our doors in Santa Cruz. Our new location on the Westside couldn’t be better! We’ve received such a warm welcome from the local community and we want to thank you for trusting us to work with your children. We are dedicated to working with Santa Cruz schools to help reinforce the topics covered in math classes. While our program is structured to incorporate Mathnasium material, we also delve into homework and test problems to ensure that students have the confidence they need to succeed.
We always encourage parents to include math in family discussions as this teaches kids oral problem solving skills. It also shows kids that math is fun and for everyone! Math doesn’t have to happen only in tutoring sessions. It can happen in everyday life, like when you’re driving in the car or sitting at the dinner table. Sometimes even a simple math problem can lead to a bigger conversation about problem solving.
