It’s Holiday Time at Mathnasium of Spokane South!

Dec 15, 2023 | Spokane South

Q: How does your Center/re show festive spirit?

A: We show festive spirit all throughout our center! Large paper snowflakes hang from the ceiling, garland adorns our prize shelf - which boasts holiday-themed plushies, and our windows are decorated with winter and holiday-themed drawings by our students. Our center themes this month have been very festive including "star cards for charity" week, pajamas week, and ugly sweaters week. - Gus

Q: What’s your favorite holiday tradition?

A: Katrina's favorite holiday tradition is celebrating both Hannukah and Christmas. Ainsley's favorite tradition is watching "It's A Wonderful Life" with her family each Christmas Eve. Lastly, Gus's favorite tradition is to open up a new pair of pajamas on Christmas Eve, that way, he wakes up with them already on the next morning.

Q: What does your family like to eat during the holidays?

A: Katrina's family loves to make honey ham, deviled eggs, and mashed potatoes. Gus enjoys making cinnamon rolls and bacon, whereas, Ainsley's family loves to craft homemade pork sausage.

From all of us here at Mathnasium of Spokane South, we wish everyone a joyful holiday season!
