Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
Mathnasium of Tallahassee's in-center math tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance. Your session must be scheduled at least five hours prior to desired start time (or sooner). Sessions are based on a “first come, first served” availability. Please note, if a student is late arriving, their session end time cannot be changed or extended. Sessions cancelled less than five hours prior to a student's start time will be counted against a student's maximum of three sessions per week. Families can request to be put on a waitlist for another day in order to reschedule those sessions. If availability permits, a new session may be added. Please note, once you are within five hours of a session start time, changes can not be made via the online scheduling tool. Please contact us at the center.
If a student is a "no show" for a session, that will be counted against a student's maximum of three sessions per week and the ability to schedule a new session or reschedule the “no show” sessions for that week will not be permitted.
