Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
Mathnasium of Tallahassee's math tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance. Your session must be scheduled at least five hours prior to desired start time (or sooner). Sessions are based on a “first come, first served” availability.
Please note, if a student is late arriving, their session end time cannot be changed or extended. Scroll to see our Cancellation / Reschedule policy.
Sessions cancelled less than five hours prior to a student's start time will be counted against a student's maximum of three sessions per week. Families can request to be put on a waitlist for another day in order to reschedule those sessions. If availability permits, a new session may be added. Please note, once you are within five hours of a session start time, changes can not be made via the online scheduling tool. Please contact us at the center.
If a student is a "no show" for a session, that will be counted against a student's maximum of three sessions per week and the ability to schedule a new session or reschedule the “no show” sessions for that week will not be permitted.
