Mathnasium of Tuskawilla's personalized geometry tutoring programs are designed to support students at every stage of their math journey.
Through engaging instruction, students explore foundational topics such as angles, geometric figures, congruence, and measurement while strengthening spatial reasoning and logical thinking skills that prepare them for success in higher-level geometry.
Following personalized learning plans, we guide students through topics like proofs, similarity, circles, transformations, and the Pythagorean theorem, turning abstract concepts into clear, connected ideas that build lasting understanding and confidence.
Personalized challenges in advanced proofs, coordinate geometry, and multi-step problem solving help honors students and competition-bound learners refine analytical thinking and prepare for college-level mathematics.
At Mathnasium of Tuskawilla, our specially trained tutors work with students of all skill levels to help them truly understand and even enjoy geometry. Whether your student is in middle school or tackling honors-level high school geometry, we provide the caring guidance they need to grow their skills and confidence.
Using personalized learning plans and face-to-face instruction, we help students close knowledge gaps, strengthen critical thinking, and build a deeper understanding of geometric relationships and logic.
We use the Mathnasium Method™, our proprietary teaching approach designed to promote math mastery through personalized, interactive instruction.
By combining assessment-based learning plans with proven teaching techniques, we help students engage with geometry in a way that makes sense to them, encouraging curiosity, problem-solving, and lasting understanding.
Our approach begins with a diagnostic assessment to identify the student’s current skill level, knowledge gaps, and learning goals. From there, we create a personalized geometry learning plan tailored to their needs.
Following personalized learning plans, our tutors guide students through the plan using a step-by-step approach that strengthens foundational knowledge and gradually introduces more advanced concepts, all in a supportive, engaging group environment.

Whether your student is working through geometry for the first time or needs targeted support in specific areas, we build a personalized learning plan around exactly what they need.
Mathnasium of Tuskawilla works with students at both levels. Middle school students are often encountering formal geometry concepts for the first time, while high school students are navigating a dedicated geometry course with proofs, theorems, and more complex spatial reasoning. Our tutors tailor instruction to each student's grade level, course, and learning goals.
We teach geometry by using the Mathnasium Method™, a proprietary teaching approach built on the belief that every student can understand and enjoy math when it's taught the right way.
Rather than rushing to procedures and formulas, we make sure students understand the reasoning behind geometric concepts. When students truly grasp why something works, not just how to apply a rule, they're better equipped to handle new problems, work through proofs, and retain what they've learned long after the exam.
Every student begins with a comprehensive assessment, and instruction is personalized from there.
Absolutely. We start with a thorough diagnostic assessment to identify precisely where your student is getting stuck, then build a learning plan that fills those gaps and rebuilds their confidence step by step. Most students experience a meaningful shift in both understanding and attitude toward math once they have the right support in place.
Geometry challenges many students, especially when it comes to writing proofs, visualizing three-dimensional figures, or making connections between algebraic and geometric thinking. Struggling with geometry is often a signal that some foundational concepts need reinforcing, and that's exactly what we do best.
Mathnasium of Tuskawilla supports students of all skill levels.
For students who have mastered their current coursework, we can introduce more challenging material, deepen their conceptual understanding, or begin laying the groundwork for the math courses ahead, including Algebra II, Precalculus, and beyond.
Our tutors are happy to work through homework problems and assignments with students during sessions. More importantly, we focus on making sure students understand the underlying concepts so homework becomes less of a struggle and more of an opportunity to practice what they already know.
As a test or final exam approaches, we can align instruction with the specific topics and problem types it will cover.
Our teaching approach is rooted in true understanding rather than memorization, so students are better prepared to handle the variety of questions they'll encounter, including unfamiliar or multi-step problems.
Our tutors can align instruction with Florida's B.E.S.T. (Benchmarks for Excellent Student Thinking) Mathematics Standards, which include the geometry concepts assessed through the Florida Assessment of Student Thinking (FAST).
Students working on geometry-related skills will receive instruction that supports both their coursework and their performance on state assessments.
Students can attend live, face-to-face online sessions with our specially trained Winter Springs tutors and follow the same personalized learning plan as they would in the center. Whether your student joins us in person or online, the instruction and support they receive are equally engaging and effective.
Both formats deliver the same personalized learning plan and face-to-face instruction from our specially trained tutors.
Many families in the Winter Springs area find that a mix of in-center and online sessions works well, giving them the flexibility to keep learning consistent around school schedules and other commitments.
Geometry tutoring is offered as part of a flat monthly membership fee, with pricing depending on your student's individual learning plan and session schedule.
For specific pricing details, please contact our center at (407) 243-6284 or [email protected]. We're happy to walk you through the options and find a plan that fits your student's needs and your family's budget.
