STEAM Leadership 2026

Sometimes middle school students want the fun of learning that comes with our STEAM workshops, but they need an additional responsibility to sense the differentiation that comes with being older. We've created 3 STEAM Leadership Camps. Your student will explore the topic in detail and then have the opportunity to work with their team to create a STEAM workshop of their own with the guidance of Mathnasium Instructors. Then they will facilitate their STEAM workshop the first week of August. Not available that week? No problem! Your student will still receive the topic skills as well as the teamwork and leadership skills that come with planning, making decisions, and problem solving when something doesn't go as planned.

These camps are available for Rising 6th through Rising 9th graders. If you have a elementary student or a middle school student who you think might prefer a less focused, more varied look at STEAM topics in a lively, fun environment, check out our STEAM Workshops .

Camp Dates
These camps run Monday/Wednesday for 3 weeks. Student selects the camp date or dates to attend, and then chooses their topic within that camp. If your student wants to work through multiple topics, they would attend multiple camps.

Camp A - June 1 through June 19 (Monday/Wednesday for 6 sessions)
Camp B - June 22 through July 10 (Monday/Wednesday for 6 sessions)
Camp C- July 13 through July 31 (Monday/Wednesday for 6 sessions)

Facilitate an Escape Room - August 3 and August 7

Camp Times
- Sessions are Monday and Wednesday 12:30-2:30
- Each session will include 60 minutes of individual math work with instructors and 60 minutes of the group camp sessions
