Mansi Babyloni
Center Owner
Mansi is the Owner of Mathnasium of Washington Township. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and an MBA from Georgetown University, with additional studies in design thinking from MIT. With over 15 years of experience as an Executive Leader and Management Consultant, Mansi has helped Fortune 500 companies drive growth and operational efficiency.
Her passion for teaching began early in her career as a GMAT and SAT instructor, and she is excited to bring that passion to helping kids make sense of math. Mansi believes that when math makes sense, kids can leap ahead—whether they started out behind or are already excelling.
Stephanie Sobotta
Center Director
Stephanie started with Mathnasium in 2010. She started as one of the instructors while finishing her Elementary Education and STEM degree at The College of New Jersey. Stephanie has always wanted to help others achieve their potential, and realized her passion for teaching while helping her peers. Stephanie chose to join the team because Mathnasium helps students not only improve their math skills but also improves their confidence! Stephanie has lived in the South Jersey area her entire life. She has been involved with music and sports, including coaching lacrosse at the local level. Stephanie spends her outside time raising her three children in this wonderful community.
Allison
Assistant Center Director. NJ Certified Teacher of Mathematics
Allison is a certified math teacher in New Jersey and has been with Mathnasium since 2016. She graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Mathematics Subject-Matter Education after completing AP and college-level math courses during high school.
Allison is passionate about helping students learn to love math by understanding it in a way that works for them. She values Mathnasium’s personalized instruction and believes that building confidence through fun, engaging math learning is the key to long-term success.
Lauren
Instructor since 2018. NJ Certified Teacher of Mathematics
Lauren has over 30 years of experience teaching math and holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.S. in Middle-Level Education. She is certified to teach math from kindergarten through 12th grade and currently teaches middle school math in Tabernacle.
Lauren joined Mathnasium in 2018 and enjoys seeing the “aha” moment when students grasp a new concept. She values learning new strategies and believes that even seasoned teachers can grow by using the Mathnasium Method™ to support students.
Eric
Instructor 2013-2019, and since 2023. NJ Certified Teacher of Mathematics
Eric worked at Mathnasium from 2013 through 2019, and after getting married and starting a family, returned in 2023. Eric graduated from Haddon Township High School in 2006. After initially going to school for a degree in Music, he rediscovered his love for Mathematics and transferred to Rowan University, where he earned his B.A. in Secondary Education and Mathematics.
During his time at Rowan, Eric took a variety of Math courses including Algebra, Geometry, Calculus 1, 2 and 3 and Discrete Mathematics. Eric has been working at Salem County Vocational Technical School since 2015. He teaches Geometry and Pre-Calculus and has taught Algebra 1 and 2 as well.
Eric believes that every student learns differently and at different paces. Mathnasium builds off that premise and offers students a setting where they have the individual attention of an instructor who can get to know them and adapt instruction so they can be successful. The success they have will give them confidence in their Mathematics skills that will bring further success in their academic careers.
Ally
Instructor since 2024
Ally is a sophomore at Rowan University majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry on a pre-Physician Assistant track. A lifelong straight-A student with a natural gift for math, she earned her Associate degree in Liberal Arts alongside her high school diploma while mastering advanced coursework through College-Level Calculus.
Ally has been an instructor at Mathnasium since 2024, playing a vital role in helping students build genuine confidence and find joy in learning. She loves working at Mathnasium because it is refreshing to show students easier, more intuitive ways to approach problem-solving and prove that math doesn't have to be hard.
For Ally, the best part of teaching is watching a tricky concept click and seeing that "aha!" moment.
Emily
Instructor since 2024
Emily started working at Mathnasium in early 2024. While working at Mathnasium, she earned her associate's degree before her high school diploma and is currently studying at the University of Connecticut in its integrated bachelor's plus master's program to earn a degree in special education.
Emily has always wanted to be a teacher and is on track to graduate early. She loves Mathnasium’s program because she knows it can help make math make sense to every kid, no matter what.
