Chris holds a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and brings a diverse background in education, music, and leadership. A former middle school teacher and band director, he transitioned to Mathnasium expecting a part-time role but quickly embraced leadership after being offered a management position.
He enjoys mentoring instructors and helping students grow through adaptive, student-centered teaching. Chris believes Mathnasium’s individualized approach builds confidence and lasting skills. Outside the center, he plays the French horn, enjoys Dungeons & Dragons, board games, and darts.
Jodi holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Math from Hope College and a Master’s in Math Education, along with a Specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. With 20 years of teaching experience, Jodi has instructed students in everything from 8th grade math to International Baccalaureate (IB) math studies.
She is also a certified gifted instructor who believes that every student can excel with the right tools and support. Jodi loves watching students experience that “lightbulb” moment when a challenging concept finally clicks—it's what makes teaching math so rewarding for her.
Lauren earned her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida, focusing on Math Education and Psychology. Her math expertise spans College Algebra, Calculus I–III, Differential Equations, and Statistics I & II. She first discovered her love for math education during high school and never looked back.
Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, Lauren has found joy in training instructors and watching students succeed. She believes math should be both challenging and enjoyable—not intimidating. Her mission is to help students replace frustration with confidence and curiosity.
