Nancy Bugwadia

Co-Owner

Nancy Bugwadia brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to her role at Mathnasium, where she leads community outreach and hosts engaging Math Nights at local schools. She officially joined full-time in 2022 after years of supporting the centers behind the scenes. 

Nancy holds a BS in Microbiology and an MS in Clinical Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. Known for her warmth and energy, she brings the “fun factor” to Mathnasium and is passionate about building meaningful connections with families.

Fernan Naderzad

Asst. Center Director

Fernan has been with Mathnasium since 2013 and holds a degree in Design Studies with a minor in Computer Science from San Jose State University. She brings years of experience tutoring students across all levels of math. 

Fernan customizes her instruction style to each student and is known for her enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication to student success. She currently supports operations at our Willow Glen center and plays a key role in mentoring instructors and building strong family relationships.

Glynda Myer

General Manager

Glynda Myer earned her degree in Math Education from UC Santa Cruz and has been with Mathnasium for over a decade. Her background includes classroom teaching and deep experience across all student levels. 

Glynda is passionate about helping students understand not just how math works, but why. As General Manager, she now leads and supports the teams at our Campbell–Los Gatos, Mountain View–Los Altos, and Willow Glen locations with care and leadership.

Suzanne Stitt

Asst. Center Manager


Suzanne graduated from University of California Davis with a bachelor’s of arts in Statistics. Having always enjoyed math from an early age, she quickly fell in love teaching it while working at Mathnasium. She works to help kids of all ages enjoy math and problem solving as much as she does! Suzanne is always doing what she can to help students understand not only how to do math, but why it is fun and why it matters.
