After careful preparation, we have opened the centre to in-person instruction. While the centre was closed to in-person, we also took the opportunity to refresh the look of our centre. See pictures below.
The safety measures that we will be taking to ensure the safety of our students and staff are the following:
- Limit the total number of persons in the centre to 50% capacity Thus all sessions will require to be scheduled using our scheduler (go to Enrolled Families Page - password required)
- Parents and caregivers are asked not to wait inside the centre to help keep traffic to a minimum
- Screening of all staff and customers for symptoms and risk factors will take place
- Installation of sneeze guards between student and instructor
- All individuals will be required to wear face masks.
- Physical distancing measures will be implemented.
- Enhanced disinfection protocols will be implemented. E.g. disinfect chairs and tables at beginning of every session.
- No tools will be shared. Students will have their own pencils and erasers.
- Restroom will be open for emergency use only. The water dispenser is off limits. Please bring your own water bottle.
- Staff and students will apply hand sanitizers before and after sessions.
