Barindra Dua
Owner/Centre Director
Barindra holds a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Economics and an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. After a successful corporate career with TELUS, Coast Capital Savings, and BCLC, she opened her first Mathnasium centre in South Surrey in 2013, inspired by helping her son with math.
Barindra believes math is more than grades—it builds logic, reasoning, and lifelong problem-solving skills. She is passionate about helping students develop confidence and a strong math foundation for future success.

No. Students who choose to attend online receive the same personalized learning plans and live face-to-face instruction from the same caring tutors they would meet at our learning centre.
We support students in grades K–12 across a wide range of math classes and topics. We also help adult learners prepare for exams like the GED and ASVAB. Many students at our Scott Road centre have developed a deep understanding of math and newfound confidence through our approach.
