Hello, my name is Hanz. I am in the process of pursuing my bachelor’s degree at the University of Calgary with a major in Statistics and a minor in economics. Growing up, I’ve always enjoyed learning about new mathematical concepts and telling my friends about how I used them during my day-to-day activities. Since then, I’ve used the knowledge I’ve learned from school and my personal time to tutor students from different backgrounds and help them build confidence in their mathematical abilities. At Mathnasium, I’ve been given the incredible opportunity to assist students in learning about math's and inspire students to learn about the extensive world of mathematics. After graduating from university, my dream is to pursue a master's degree in statistics, and hopefully develop products that help people using data science. During my free time, I enjoy reading, exercising, and meeting new people.

All students begin their Mathnasium journey with a diagnostic assessment that pinpoints what they already know and what they still need to learn.
Our caring, specially trained tutors work with elementary, middle, and high school students of all skill levels looking to learn and master any K-12 math class and topic, including Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus.
Yes, our students can attend Mathnasium at our centre or log into live, face-to-face sessions with their tutor.

Mathnasium provides premium value by combining a superior learning experience with an efficient structure that keeps costs low. There is a flat enrollment fee for our program, and students attend regularly—much like a gym membership. We recommend that they attend Mathnasium 2-3 times per week as attending less frequently will slow results and attending too often could lead to student burnout. Pricing varies by program and geographic area. Contact our center for more details on enrolment packages.
